Meet the Founders
Laval and Stacey Sweat, are long-time residents of Woodland, WA since 2001. They are a retired Air Force couple, but Laval is still active as a civilian pilot. Both like to support their fellow veterans through their business.
The couple has been married for 20 years. They are now parents to three awesome kids and two amazing grandkids. Additionally, Laval came from a large family. With their growing family, they recognize the need for large gathering spaces.
How We Started
In 2008, our founders purchased a neighboring property for their dream home to start their ideal retirement life together. They have expanded the venue to a stunning 20-acre space, which they found too beautiful not to share. But it was only years ago that they realized what their property had to offer.
The couple’s daughter was in search of a wedding location, but they found it difficult to get a venue with a reasonable price. So, on top of their retirement plan, they decided to start this business to offer an alternative to the disappointing locations they found: empty spaces with no views or too expensive due to the all-inclusive packages that came with the venue.
With a passion for hosting gatherings and events, Laval and Stacey have used their beautiful property for numerous celebrations over the years. These include birthday bashes, weddings, Super Bowl parties, neighborhood meetings, military retirements, and more.
Laval and Stacey are honest, hard-working, and kind people. They are committed to integrity and dedicated to helping their clients.
